I think that Dodie is trying to say that Bob Knight's throwing chairs has been a positive thing for basketball. Unless the "plus" sign is really a cross, in which case Dodie's point must be that Knight has been unfairly crucified for his throwing chairs, by those who don't understand him. Unless the "plus" sign is really a stylized tree in winter, in which case Dodie's point is that chairs are made from trees. Cricket in NYC.
