To post to the blog, send an email to: mcdowhoop[dot]mcdowhoops[at]blogger[dot]com. Where [dot] = . and [at] = @.

The subject line is the post title and the email body is the text.  Be sure to sign you email.

Also, I suggest folks add an * to your real bracket.  It's hard to distinquish which brackets rightfully deserve scorn.
