I am not sure when my bracket has tanked this early. While I picked Xavier over Notre Dame, I am assuming the referee is not a Catholic. I mention Xavier and NC State because they are about only winners that I picked today. Did anyone hear the Norfolk cheer today? “We don’t smoke. We don’t chew. . . .”
