Winthrop, Do You Have What It Takes?

If the Winthrop Eagles are looking for a little inspiration, they needn't look very far. It's all about challenging yourself, teamwork, leadership, and making the most of opportunities. Who knows something about that? "We only select the highest quality candidates available." Now that's a high standard.

    Mook: did you notice that the word "Teamwork" appears just as the RHPD are bashing down a door? Nice!

    I couldn't process that image. The RH in my mind is that of my childhood, where we didn't lock our houses (at least Thomas didn't), a child under the age of 10 was allowed to ride her bike all over town and buy her back-to-school clothes at Belks alone (at least Thomas's child was), and all the tellers at the bank recognized me as a "McDow". This town-in-my-memory didn't have need for police to bash down doors. Either as a team or working individually.

    I hear the Rock Hill really started beefing up its police force during the mid-80s, when the summers saw a dramatic rise in mischief.
